Fengyang Triumph Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. located in Fengyang Economic Development Zone Industrial Park, the company was established October 2019, covering an area of 13.3 heacares, with a registered capital of 333 million yuan and 177 employees. In October 2019, the first borosilicate special glass production line of 50t/d with an annual output of 1.22 million square meters was successfully completed and put into production.
The main products are borosilicate float glass 4.0 and borosilicate float glass 3.3.
The borosilicate float glass original production line adopts the technology of all-oxygen combustion + electric boosting technology + platinum system process with independent intellectual property rights, and is equipped with melting furnace, tin bath, annealing kiln and cold end cutting system suitable for it.
The company plans to build a fully electric fused borosilicate float galss 3.3 production line with a melting capacity of 30t/d. At present, all processes of the new project phase II are under approval, and it is expected that the ignition conditions will be available in 2023.
